I had a client come to me last week who told me that the insurance company nurse was following him around into his doctor's office. Not only that but the same nurse came into his house and made a report that he was playing video games. One of the things that the insurance company won't tell you is you have a right to privacy. Your right to privacy is between what you do and your doctor does is yours and it's confidential but the insurance company will let the nurse and pay the nurse to come into your office and invade your privacy.
