Notice of Injury: In order for your claim to be accepted
and to receive full benefits, you must file a Notice of Injury right away.
You must inform your employer of two important facts: 1) That you have
been injured; and 2) That your injury was caused by your job. When you
give notice without delay, you reduce the likelihood of a dispute with
your employer.
